How do I pay for a Inksand purchase?

Return period after delivery is applicable if the product received is Defective, Damaged or Not as Described.

The return period will be 7 days after delivery of the product to the customer.

I want to change the address for delivery of my order. Is it possible now?

The address for delivery of your order can be changed depending on its status. Please check My Orders for the following:

Approved: If this is your order status, then you can contact us to request an address change.

Processing: Address change at this stage depends on a few factors and may or may not be possible. Please contact us to check the possibility.

Shipped and Delivered: As the item would already be dispatched by the seller at this point, or delivered, the address cannot be changed at these stages.

I ordered a wrong item. Can I return it?

Unfortunately, return policies don’t support return of item(s) ordered wrongly. Sorry!

Can I exchange an item after receiving it?

Case-1 If the item that you received is damaged or different from what you ordered then definitely you can get it exchanged with the correct item. You just need to return it in such case and after it is received by Inksand, it will be exchanged with the right item and will be shipped to you. The additional shipping charges in such scenario will be paid by Inksand. This case may be treated as a replacement rather than as exchange.

Case-2 If the item that you received is what you ordered for and is received in good condition then Inksand will not be able to exchange it with another item.

I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

Once a replacement request is created, we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as provide details about the replacement.

The replacement/refund is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. If you don't get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.

Will I get a refund if I don't get a replacement as requested?

Replacements are subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock or a replacement cannot be issued due to unavoidable reasons, full refund will be provided on successful pick up of the product at no extra cost.

Can I return the items after the policy period?

Sorry, returns are not possible after the policy period.

I have still not received the refund to my bank account/credit card account. Why?

If you have received an acknowledgement from us confirming your refund request then rest assured your refund request has been initiated and we will be following up with financial organisations for processing the same. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will be pleased to help you.

How will I get my refund for returning an item if I paid using Cash on Delivery option?

For your Cash on Delivery order, you can choose the below refund modes in case of a return: NEFT - Update your bank account details when you choose this option.

Cancellation Policy

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. However, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
